From AI demos to production operations
Most AI automation impresses in demos and fails in production. Threada exists to close that gap.
The gap between pilots and production
AI pilots impress stakeholders but collapse once real policy constraints, exception handling, and accountability requirements appear. Many agentic AI projects stall before production, derailed by cost and unclear value.
Stable primitives, not brittle integrations
Instead of bolting AI onto existing tools, we built composable platform primitives: intake channels, WorkItems, Evidence, Actions, policy overlays, and telemetry. They compose into any workflow without custom glue code.
Who we are
We are an engineering-led team building dependable work automation infrastructure for Work, trust, operations, and shared services teams who need AI they can actually govern.
From the founder
Why we are building Threada
Most automation tools answer the question and lose the paperwork. Threada is built so the opposite is true: every request becomes a record, and every action leaves a receipt. Intake from any channel normalizes into a governed WorkItem; drafts, escalations, and external actions run against explicit policy; and the whole path from ask to outcome stays auditable. That is the platform we wanted to operate ourselves — work you can run quickly and still account for later.
