1. Impormasyong Kinokolekta Namin

1.1 Account at Tenant Data

1.5 Billing at Subscription Data

4. Retention ng data

Default retention: work history logs at analytics 90 araw, configuration at audit 365 araw. Maaaring humiling ang tenants ng mas maikli o (kung enabled) mas mahabang retention hanggang sa defined limits.

5. Security

Nagpapatupad kami ng encryption in transit at at rest, tenant isolation, role-based access control, secret management (GCP Secret Manager), audit logging, at regular threat modeling.

6. Data Sharing at Subprocessors

Gumagamit kami ng piling infrastructure at service providers (hal., Google Cloud Platform, MongoDB Atlas, Qdrant Cloud, Stripe, Google Workspace). Bawat isa ay under contract na may appropriate data protection terms. Hindi kami nagbebenta ng personal data.
