WorkItem
WorkItem हे Threada मधील कामाचे unit आहे: email, chat, document किंवा form मधून आलेली एक inbound request structured, trackable record मध्ये normalize केलेली. प्रत्येक WorkItem त्याचा intent, extracted fields, evidence आणि त्यावर घेतलेल्या प्रत्येक decision व action चा पूर्ण history बाळगते.
