WorkItem
WorkItem என்பது Threada இல் unit of work: email, chat, document, அல்லது form மூலம் வரும் single inbound request, structured, trackable record ஆக normalized செய்யப்படுகிறது. ஒவ்வொரு WorkItem ம் அதன் intent, extracted fields, evidence, அதில் எடுக்கப்பட்ட ஒவ்வொரு decision மற்றும் action இன் complete history ஆகியவற்றை கொண்டிருக்கும்.
